Most programs have no application fee. The whole process takes about 20 minutes if you have your documents ready.

What You Need Before You Start

  • Ontario Education Number (OEN) — found on your high school transcript
  • Credit card for Ontario Colleges base fee
  • Transcripts (high school and any post-secondary)
  • Program name from our list
  • 20 minutes of uninterrupted time

The $250 Deposit

After you accept your offer, you pay a $250 deposit to hold your seat. This is not an extra fee. It comes off your tuition. If you change your mind before the refund deadline, you get it back.

After You Hit Submit

  1. 1. We acknowledge your application within 48 hours
  2. 2. We review and either request more documents or send an offer
  3. 3. You accept the offer and pay the deposit
  4. 4. We send your next-steps checklist
  5. 5. You register for classes on MyElmwood
