Program Description

A technician-level program focused on power generation, distribution, and industrial control systems. Students wire real panels, troubleshoot three-phase systems, and program PLCs in our live lab environment. The program includes preparation for the Ontario C of Q trade exam and safety certification in arc flash and lockout/tagout.

Admission Requirements

Grade 12 English (C or U); Grade 12 Math (C or U, MCT4C recommended)

Electrical technician, control panel builder, power distribution assistant, maintenance electrician, utility worker.
